Roles and Responsibilities:
Pre-sales support for the sales to address new and existing customer inquiries regarding our Enterprise Technology Solutions. Includes demo preparation, and presenting to customers.
Work closely with Service and Support team / Implementation consultants / Presales Consultants to align the technology architecture to the customer’s desired business outcome and ensure customer success by orchestrating resources to assist the customer in realizing the full value of their technology investment.
Lead training and enablement for customers and sales teams. Execute a range of customer-facing presales activities, including presentation, product demos, requirement analysis, and technical deep dive sessions to support sales activities
Travel to customer place on demand from customer end to address them on proactive support / training
Deep understanding in Engineering Design and Process
Expertise in Microsoft Technologies – Power Point, Word
Experience in Design Software/Tools – CREO
